Care

Our philosophy at The Oaks is to create a "Home from Home" environment where we encourage not only outstanding care but also an enjoyable environment for all. The Oaks offers an excellent degree of care and we cater for a whole range of individual needs. Some of our residents are very capable of looking after themselves but would be very lonely living on their own. Others cannot cope with the pressures of day to day living and find the thought of cooking, cleaning, shopping etc too much to bear. Equally, we have residents who due to previous ill health or frailty require a higher level of support with washing, dressing, moving around the home etc.
We draw on expert professional guidelines for the services the home provides. Each resident will have an individual and pre agreed care plan to reflect their needs and wishes.
